By accessing or using VoicEternity ("the Service") at https://voiceternity.vercel.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
VoicEternity is an AI-powered voice journaling platform that allows users to record voice entries, receive automatic transcriptions, AI-generated insights, weekly and monthly summaries, and a long-form biographical narrative of their journey. The Service is intended for personal reflective use and digital legacy preservation for founders, builders, and general users.
You must sign in using your Google account. By signing in, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at voiceternityy@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Free Trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, access to recording new entries and AI features is restricted until you subscribe to Pro.
Pro Subscription: The Pro plan is billed at $10 USD per month (or 250,000 VND/month where applicable). Payments are processed manually via bank transfer or PayPal.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time by not renewing your manual payment for the next month. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.
Renewals & Activation: Since payments are manual (via bank transfer or PayPal), you will need to submit your payment proof to activate or renew your subscription. Manual transfers are processed and activated within 24 hours after payment verification.
You retain full ownership of all content you create on VoicEternity, including audio recordings, transcripts, and journal entries ("Your Content").
By using the Service, you grant VoicEternity a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service — including transcription, AI analysis, and summary generation.
We will never sell, share, or use Your Content for advertising purposes. Your personal reflections are yours.
Digital Legacy: You retain the right to designate authorized beneficiaries or heirs to access your journal history and biographical narratives for family preservation and digital legacy purposes.
You agree not to:
* Note on Third-Party Voices: You guarantee that any audio uploaded contains only your own voice or voices of third parties who have provided explicit consent for their voice to be recorded, transcribed, and processed by our Service.
AI-generated summaries, insights, and biographical narratives are produced by large language models (OpenAI GPT-4o-mini and/or Google Gemini). These are intended as reflective tools and do not constitute professional psychological, medical, or legal advice.
We aim to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VoicEternity and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vietnam.
